Directions

The Metropolitan Apartment entrance is next to the Italian Kitchen restaurant and the Onion Restaurant. An archway with oak trim, as pictured here, is the doorway to the Apartments. You will need to contact the resident manager, Randy Hendricks, to get in. Punch in #408 on the key pad to the left of the door and await Randy to answer. He will then electronically unlock the door.

From the West

From I-90 (freeway) take the Maple St. exit and make a left at the second light off the freeway onto Ash. Make a right on 3rd Ave. Follow 3rd all the way to Washington and make a left onto Washington.Stay in your right lane, turning right at the light on Main St. Turn right at the next light off of Main onto Bernard. You wil see the Italian Kitchen and the Onion Restaurants. Park anywhere along here. (See above)

From the East

From I-90 (freeway) take the Division St. Exit and stay in the left lane. Go through two lights and turn left on 2nd Ave. Follow 2nd a few blocks in the right lane,then turn right on Washington St. Stay in your right lane, turning right at the light on Main St. Turn right at the next light off of Main onto Bernard. You wil see the Italian Kitchen and the Onion Restaurants. Park anywhere along here. (See above)

From the South

Heading south on Division St. follow the curve to the right over the Division St. bridge. Stay in one of the right two lanes. Through the light heading straight along Spokane Falls Blvd. get over into your left lane. Make a left at the light (Kinkos) is on the corner on your left...the convention Center is on your right). At the next light follow straight through. The apartments are the second building on your right. (See above)

From the North

From 29th take Grand towards downtown. Follow Grand all the way to the light at Hawthorne, turn right and follow the road as it turns into Washington and heads straight into downtown. Follow this all the way to Main St. Turn right at the next light off of Main onto Bernard. You wil see the Italian Kitchen and the Onion Restaurants. Park anywhere along here. (See above)
